2. Description of Service
DispatchLink is an online marketplace that connects owner-operators and trucking companies ("Carriers") with independent freight dispatchers ("Dispatchers"). DispatchLink provides the technology platform, search and matching tools, messaging, payment processing, and review infrastructure to facilitate these connections.
DispatchLink is not a freight broker, motor carrier, or dispatcher. We do not arrange or participate in the transportation of freight. All dispatch services are contracted directly between Carriers and Dispatchers.

In no event shall DispatchLink's total cumulative liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to DispatchLink in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
